Virgin Martyr Panel #12646
St. Agnes is the patron saint of young girls and Children of Mary. As a young virgin she rejected all potential suitors with the words, "Jesus Christ is my only Spouse." Eventually she was cruelly martyred for her faith, leaving an inspirational message of purity which is symbolised by the white lamb she is holding.
