The Scourging of Jesus Panel #13535

Prior to the Crucifixion, Jesus endured scourging, a brutal and degrading form of punishment administered in the ancient times. In the hands of Roman soldiers, he was stripped off his clothing, beaten by a flagellum, and taunted infront of everyone. This enormous sacrifice that Jesus made is portrayed in amazing detail in this stained glass piece crafted by our team of artisans. The crown of thorns placed on Jesus’ head by his captors during the Passion is pictured as well. Utilizing ornate patterns and heat fusion technology to make sure the colors stay vivid, this artwork is an inspirational reminder for all Christians of God’s love.

A religious window like this would make a good addition to a house of worship or a hospital chapel.
