Our Lady of Lourdes Panel #2343

The window depicts the scene from February 1858 when Bernadette Soubirous witnessed an apparition of Mary in a grotto near Lourdes. The stained glass window depicts the story of how from the grotto, "came a dazzling light, and a white figure." "She was dressed all in white, apart from the blue belt fastened around her waist and the golden yellow roses, one on each foot, the color of her rosary." The Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to various individuals on separate occasions at Lourdes, France.

A religious window like this would make a good addition to a house of worship or a hospital chapel.
