Custom-Built, Carefully Shipped.

Every project is custom-built at our Texas facility and typically ships within 6–8 weeks from production date. Larger or more complex pieces, such as lightboxes and domes, may require 12–18 weeks to complete. Orders under 5'x10' ship as single units, while larger projects are engineered in modular sections for easy assembly on-site.

Packaging

To ensure your project arrives in perfect condition, every order is securely and professionally packaged:
  • UPS Orders: Protected with custom-cut honeycomb cardboard, foam padding, and shrink wrap to minimize movement and prevent damage.
  • Freight Orders: Shipped in custom-built wooden crates with internal layers of honeycomb cardboard, Styrofoam, and wrap for durability in transit.


Delivery Options

  • UPS Ground: For standard-sized packages. Transit time is typically 3–5 business days. Tracking details are emailed after carrier pickup.
  • Freight Shipping: For oversized packages. Also 3–5 business day transit. Liftgate, forklift, or loading dock may be required for delivery.
  • Local Pickup: Available by appointment from our Greenville, Texas facility.
  • Coordinated Delivery: Have a preferred delivery date or special unloading requirements? Our team can help with logistics and scheduling—just let us know.

Need Help With Lost or Damaged Packages?

All shipments are fully insured through the carrier. If anything arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, Contact Us immediately and we’ll guide you through the claim process and make it right.
