Custom-Built, Carefully Shipped.

Every project is custom-built at our Texas facility and typically ships within 6-8 weeks from production date. Larger or more complex pieces, including lightboxes and domes, may require 12-18 weeks to complete. Orders under five feet by ten feet ship as single units, while larger projects are designed in modular sections for easy on-site assembly.

Packaging

To ensure your project arrives in perfect condition, every order is carefully and securely packaged.

• UPS Orders: Protected with custom-cut honeycomb cardboard, Styrofoam padding, and shrink wrap to minimize movement and prevent damage.
• Freight Orders: Shipped in sturdy custom-built crates with internal layers of honeycomb cardboard, Styrofoam, and shrink wrap for added protection during handling and transport.

Delivery Options

• UPS Shipping: Standard-sized packages are shipped via UPS Ground. Transit time is typically three to five business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
• Freight Shipping: Oversized packages ship via freight carrier, typically arriving within three to five business days. Tracking information is provided once the carrier collects your order. For heavier deliveries, a liftgate, forklift, or loading dock may be required.
• Local Pickup: You’re welcome to pick up your package directly from our Texas facility by appointment.

Coordinated Delivery:

Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are fully insured through the carrier. In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, contact us immediately. We’ll help guide you through the claim process and work quickly to resolve the issue.
